What do you need?
- Jailbroken iPhone
- Mac and an iPhone in the same wirless-lan network
Install it.

Download Cyberduck from the Delvoper Homepage -> [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
- Open Cyberduck
- Click above links to New connection (On this Pictuere it's Neue Verbindung because im on a German PC)
- Selects where says SFTP (SSH connection) ,
if server give out the IP of your iPhone / iPod Touch's can (for this you find out by going to your Settings -> Wi-Fi, where you click on
the white arrow on the blue circle that appears behind your
confederates network). When username you give root and the password you give, if you have not changed, alpine book. Now click to Connect . (on this Picture it's Verbinden because im on German PC) - Now you have access to the file system of your iPhone / iPod Touch.
