Cydia problem

Didnt know which section to put this in..so hopefully this one is alright Smile

I have just tried to download appsync from cydia, but its not letting me do anything. Keeps saying 'wasnt able to locate file for the us.hackulo.securty package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package' Sad

so i then thought the package needs updating so went to update and still the same error msg is coming up. Im now stuck with cydia on my phone and cant do anything with it. Help would be much appreciated, thanks x

Hi natalie,

just wondering did u install appsync from the cydia.hackulo.us source?

in the hackulo.us source, i would recommend installing appsync from there, making sure for fw3.1+ you select appsync 3.1 and appsync 3.0 for fw3.0 or less.

Also, install hackulo security, which is good.

Another thing, for appsync to work you must have at least one legit app purchased from the appstore (can be a free app, e.g. facebook).

If you still have any problems, post it here and can you explain in more detail next time, just a bit hard to understand.
