I liked the program MPWheather & MPSpeedDial (add Wallpaper).

you SSH into System/Library/LockCydget/
.. Make sure you only put the .cydget folder in there, not anything else

Thanks,ok, i have finally figured out how to successfully install the ilock (cydget) version....
the smartscreen one is pretty straightforward.
install smartscreen
install MPclock
install yahoo weather
install notifier (from cydia, it'll then be installed as "reminder" on ur springboard)
open up reminder, then click the settings icon in the top right, check
to make sure that you have the icons to show on lockscreen and small.
DONE.
as for the cydget version...
you install cydget
then download one of oldel's packages
install at
system/library/lockcydgets
install his package there
you can then edit your weather location by opening the file
"configureme.js" in the private folder of the package you chose to
intsall
go to yahoo weather, and enter your location
after that, click the rss feed button in your browser, it'll then give you the proper code.
you can change from celsius to farenheit by entering true (for celsius), or false (for farenheit).
after that, you are done with the weather portion.
for the icons to show up in his screenshot, you need to download a diff
icon pack and replace them in the mobile"whichever you choose" folder,
in the application folder.
after that, it works!
